Update: 5/15/2012 6:00 p.m. – Sellers of this home accepted an offer. I personally wrote offers for 2 separate buyers. Both of my buyers were cash and over the asking price. Neither of my offers were accepted. We will not know what the sold price was until after the home close’s escrow.

With the large number of retiring American Baby Boomers (10k per day) and Retiring Canadians the demand for Real Estate in Arizona Retirement Communities has increased, inventory has decreased, prices have stabilized and in some communities we have seen prices nudge up a bit.
