Update: 5/15/2012 6:00 p.m. – Sellers of this home accepted an offer. I personally wrote offers for 2 separate buyers. Both of my buyers were cash and over the asking price. Neither of my offers were accepted. We will not know what the sold price was until after the home close’s escrow.
