Video above features “Arizona Retirement Communities” pick of the week for Sunland Springs Village. I get into a lot of homes in a weeks time and I see prices all over the board with no rhyme or reason – as to how the sellers and their listing agent came up with the list price they did.  With the current listings in Sunland Springs – I believe this one has the most value for  your money.

Sunland Springs Village is a 55 plus Active Adult Community in Mesa, Arizona 85209. Community offers numerous social and sporting activities.
