Sunland Springs Village in Mesa, Arizona is a very popular 55+ Arizona Retirement Community. The demand for golf course homes in this community exceeds supply. Throughout the year you will see resale patio and single family homes come on the market for sale, and then go pending (usually) within a few weeks (as long as they are not ridiculously over priced). The golf course patio homes in Sunland Springs Village offer gorgeous views. Many have straight on views of the Superstition Mountains in Apache Junction. On a recent weekly visit to this community, I viewed several new golf course patio homes (spec homes) with spectacular views. These patio homes homes will be completed and ready for move in – just in time for 2013 / 2014 winter visitors (snow birds :)).
