Sunland Springs is a beautiful 45/55 plus golf community in Mesa, Arizona. This particular retirement community is one of my favorites. The numerous amenities, social and sporting activities along with, low annual HOA fees – make this community a strong consideration. The builder Farnsworth – offers several different spacious / open floor plans.

This home is one of the more popular floor plans (1950 floor plan).
