Arizona Retirement Communities 2014
Wow – what a summer! I don’t know about your family but, my family has had a memorable spring and Summer 2014.
In March of 2014, our son Brady (26) finished his 4 yrs in the Navy. He was stationed in San Diego and served his 4yrs as a boatswain’s mate (yellow jacket) on the USS Peleliu (LHA-5). We have seen many great changes in this young man during his 4yrs of service.
In May 2014 my wife Mary and I (we are now empty nesters since April 2014) purchased a new home in Sunland Village East ( a 45+ retirement community in Mesa, Arizona. We closed escrow and moved into our new home on June 23rd 2014.
On July 26th 2014, we got a new son in-law. Our daughter Kelsey (one of the twins age 23) was married in our home town of Owatonna, Minnesota. My wife was the wedding planner. It was a gorgeous day and a large wedding (300 guests). This was our first wedding in the family. The other 2 kids (Brady & Sadie) are not far behind.
My wife and I are now back at home in Mesa, AZ – doing all of the fun things to a new home, to make it feel like your own (painting, painting, & painting, etc…). Oh, I forgot, lots of shopping for new furniture.
Now that labor day has passed it time to looking for that home in Arizona Retirement Communities 2014. . Don’t get caught in the snow and cold weather again this winter. The long range weather forecast is as usual, not good for much of the mid-west.

Many of our past clients (300+) start returning around October 15th. The largest majority of Arizona’s winter visitors, come down the week between Christmas and New Years and return home the week before Easter.
