Victory at Verrado – New Homes

Victory is still constructing new homes. Remember when visiting the builders office at a new community, no matter how nice the sales person is that greets you at the door and registers your name — They represent the builder… not YOU! Their job is to get the builder the highest price possible. Also, be careful what you say to the sales person at the builders office, they can tell by your words and actions, how interested you are. This will effect your negotiations when moving forward with a newly built home.

Negotiating Sale Price

Yes, new home builders will negotiate on base price, lot premiums and/or, incentives at the time of ordering. Don’t visit a builders office the first time without representation. Builder’s work with Buyers agents on a regular basis. A buyers agent that is familiar with the community and the new home building process, will save you money($$$) when negotiating final build price.

    My husband and I are 60 yrs old, retired and would like to rent a place in Phoenix for Jan. 5 – April 5, 2017 along with our small 1to7lb dog, a Chorkie. We are interested in your apt. Is it avaiable for those dates and what would our total cost be including fees etc.?Also does the rent include utilities, internet and cable?

    • Thank you Kim for you inquiry. Unfortunately, do to the high demand on time, we are unable to work with rentals at this time. Some of the larger communities have such as Sun City, Sun City West & Sun City Grand have their own rental offices. As far as pet friendly rentals, that depends upon the property owner. Some condo and patio homes in 55 plus communities are not pet friendly. I would also check craig’s list for vacation rentals. If you do this, be careful. You can verify through county tax records who the property owner is before signing a lease.
