When you come to Arizona, we’ll drive you through the communities you’re weighing, walk the clubhouses, and help you cross off the ones that aren’t right so you can focus on the ones that are. Founder Jarl Kubat has been doing these tours for 22+ years, across both the West Valley and the East Valley.

How the tour works
- Tell us what you’re weighing. Your budget, must-haves, and whether golf, pickleball, clubs, or a certain area matter most. Even a rough list helps.
- We plan the route. We map a sensible loop through the communities that actually fit, so you’re not crisscrossing the Valley or wasting a day.
- You ride, we drive. Over a day or two we tour the communities together, walk the clubhouses and amenities, and talk through the real trade-offs of each one.
- We help you narrow it down. By the end you’ll know which communities are worth a second look and which to let go — so your search gets simpler, not more confusing.
Coming from out of state?
Most of our buyers are. Tell us when you’re planning to visit and we’ll help you make the trip count — where to stay so you’re close to the communities you want to see, and how to lay out your days so you get the most out of a short visit. By the time you fly home, you’ll have a clear picture instead of a pile of brochures.

How long does a community tour take?
Usually a day or two, depending on how many communities you want to see and how spread out they are. We’ll plan a route that makes the most of your time — a focused loop beats a scattered week.
What does the tour cost me?
Nothing for the ride — when you come to town, you ride with us and we drive, on our gas. Ask us how buyer representation works and we’ll walk you through it before you commit to anything.
I’m not ready to buy yet — can I still tour?
Absolutely. A lot of our buyers tour a year or more before they move. Seeing the communities early helps you plan, and there’s no pressure to do anything before you’re ready.
