Sun Village Floor Plans
The models you’ll find in Sun Village — Surprise, AZ
Sun Village is a gated 55+ community in Surprise, and because it was built in phases you’ll see a few different families of homes here. The heart of it is a line of single-level, single-family homes with Spanish and Southwestern names — the Monterrey, Veracruz, Santa Rosa and so on — and those are the ones with published square footage, listed below by size. Alongside them you’ll find a newer series of single-family homes and a set of attached garden homes and condominiums, which I’ve described under the table.
Nearly all of these plans are single-level, and many are built as a bedroom plus a den with an optional extra bedroom — so the bed count can flex. Once you spot the two or three that fit how you want to live, tell me and I’ll watch for them.

Newer & specialty plans
Sun Village also includes a newer group of single-level, single-family homes — the Artesia, Cordova, Taos and Valencia — typically built as two bedrooms plus a den (some with an optional third bedroom) and two baths. Their square footage varies by plan and options, so it’s best confirmed on a specific listing. Beyond the single-family homes, the community also has attached garden homes and condominiums in additional plans (smaller two-bedroom layouts). All of them come up in the same homes-for-sale search above — tell me what you’re after and I’ll filter it down for you.
What Sun Village homes sell for
In the 90 days before late September 2026, 18 Sun Village homes sold for $132,500 to $490,000, and the middle sale was near $319,500. The low end is the condos and attached homes, which sold for about $132,500 to $220,000. Single-family and patio homes sold for about $250,000 to $490,000. That makes Sun Village one of the more affordable ways into a guard-gated 55+ golf community in the West Valley, and with homes taking around 112 days to sell, buyers have time to look.
