Westbrook Village is one of Peoria’s original 55+ golf communities — more than 3,900 homes across dozens of enclaves, wrapped around two 18-hole courses. Many of its later homes were built by UDC Homes in two families of single-level plans: a desert-plant series (Acacia, Cassia, Saguaro and the like) and a golf-course series named for famous courses (St Andrews, Augusta, Pinehurst, Torrey Pines, Winged Foot). Below are the UDC plans with published sizes, followed by the additional models you’ll also see.

A few things worth knowing: most plans are two bedrooms and two baths built around a den or a flexible third bedroom, several offer that optional third bedroom, and a couple (the Cholla and the Augusta) step up to a three-car garage. Once you spot the two or three that fit, tell me and I’ll watch for them.

Square footage is UDC Homes’ base-plan area; many of these plans were offered as either a two- or three-bedroom design, so the bed count flexes. Most carry a 2-car garage (the Cholla and Augusta offer three). Because Westbrook Village is a large community built over many years by more than one builder, its 47 enclaves also include earlier plans under other model names, generally ranging from about 900 to 2,600 square feet. Always confirm the exact square footage, bed and bath count, and garage on any specific home — I’ll pull the real numbers on any listing you like, and since Westbrook is a golf community, I can send just the golf-course homes if that’s what you’re after.
