Meridian Manor is a gated 55+ community on the east edge of the Valley, and the setting is the star. In fact, few places give you open Superstition Mountain views like these. Inside the gate, there’s a nice clubhouse and a fitness center, so it’s easy to stay social and active.
Most homes at Meridian Manor are stick-built, site-built homes. A few manufactured homes remain from when the community first started, but today it lives like a stick-built neighborhood. Also, you own the land under every home, which helps values hold up over time.

The Meridian Manor and White Dove Ranch story
Here’s the history that explains what you’ll see in older listings. The community started with a small number of manufactured homes. Then, as it filled in, builders added stick-built homes, and people first called that newer section White Dove Ranch. Later, the two combined into one community.
So today it’s all Meridian Manor, with the same HOA for everyone. If you search White Dove Ranch, you’re looking at the same place.
Views, a clubhouse and a very low fee
For many buyers, the mountain views seal the deal. Meanwhile, the clubhouse and fitness center give you a place to gather without a big monthly bill. At about $87 a month, Meridian Manor has one of the lowest HOA fees of any gated 55+ community we cover.
