Sun City Festival is Del Webb’s active-adult golf community in Buckeye, and its homes come in four collections that step up in size — Prelude, Retreat, Encore and Enchantment — from a right-sized 1,280 square feet up to a spacious 3,343. Every plan is single-level, and most are laid out as two bedrooms plus a den with the owner’s suite split away from the guest rooms. Below, we list them by size, so you can see which ones fit how you want to live.
A few things worth knowing as you scan: nearly every plan offers a den (many can be finished as a third bedroom or a guest suite), the larger Enchantment homes add a third-car garage, and a number of plans were built with an extended patio, a casita, or a golf-cart bay. What Sun City Festival homes sell for
In the 90 days before late October 2026, 53 Sun City Festival homes sold, from about $290,000 up to one large 3,143-square-foot home at $1.3 million (the next highest sale was $850,000). The middle sale was near $474,700. By size, homes under 1,500 square feet sold for about $290,000 to $353,000, homes of 1,500 to 2,000 square feet for about $355,000 to $605,000, and homes of 2,000 to 2,500 square feet for about $430,000 to $730,000. With 80 homes for sale, including some brand-new builds, buyers had a big selection.
