At Rio Verde Country Club, every resident is automatically a social member of the private club, and that social membership is included in your HOA fee. You don’t write a separate check to “join” — access to the clubhouse, dining, and social side of the club comes with living here.
Golf is the one thing that’s separate: the social membership doesn’t include golf privileges, so if you play, you add a golf membership on top. Fair and simple — golfers pay for golf, everyone gets the club.

There are no townhomes here (if a townhome is what you’re after, its neighbor Tonto Verde has them).
