Two championship courses
Golf is the headline here: Tonto Verde has two championship 18-hole courses. The Peaks (a David Graham design) plays tighter, with narrower fairways and smaller landing areas — the shot-maker’s course. The Ranch (a Gary Panks design) is more forgiving, with wider fairways and larger greens. Two very different rounds without leaving the community.
It’s a semi-private, member-owned club with limited guest play — so the courses stay in great shape and rarely feel crowded. Golf membership is open to residents and non-residents, with initiation and dues that vary by membership type and current incentives.
The social membership comes with the HOA
Here’s the ownership story buyers like. Your HOA dues include a social membership to Tonto Verde Country Club — plus the heated pool, fitness center, gate and street upkeep, and trash. So the resort side of life comes bundled into one predictable payment. Full golf is a separate membership on top, but the social club, pool, and fitness are already yours.
