Mission Royale Floor Plans

The single-level Concert Series models — Casa Grande, AZ

Mission Royale is a 55+ golf community in Casa Grande, and its homes come from the Concert Series — a line of single-level plans named for music legends, from the Dylan and Hendrix up to the Redding and Zeppelin. Every plan is one level, with an open great room at the center and the master suite set apart from the guest room. Below they’re listed by size, so you can see which ones fit how you want to live.

A few things worth knowing: most plans are laid out as two bedrooms with a den or study that can flex to a guest room, several offer a private courtyard, and the larger Redding and Zeppelin step up to a true third bedroom. Many were built with an optional golf-cart garage — handy on the course. Once you spot the two or three that fit, tell me and I’ll watch for them.

Square footage is the builder’s base-plan area; most plans carry a 2-car garage, and many were built with options — a golf-cart bay, a covered courtyard, an extended patio, a bay window — that change the finished size. Always confirm the exact square footage, bed and bath count, and garage on any specific home — I’ll pull the real numbers on any listing you like.

Common questions

Is Mission Royale a retirement community?

Yes. Mission Royale is a 55+ active adult golf community in Casa Grande — the kind of place many buyers mean by a “Casa Grande retirement community.” At least one resident must be 55 or older, and every Concert Series plan above is part of that community.

Where can I see floor plans for other Arizona 55+ communities?

Right here: our Arizona 55+ community floor plans library links a floor-plans page for every active adult community we serve. Shopping the East Valley too?
