In other words, it’s small enough to feel neighborly, yet it still has resort-style amenities and a lock-and-leave lifestyle that suits full-timers and snowbirds alike. However, because it’s a small, newer community, Scottsdale Heights homes for sale don’t come up often, and the good ones move quickly.

First of all, the community is in North Scottsdale near Scottsdale Road. At last check, it’s roughly 30 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale and about 40 minutes to Phoenix. Everyday stops are close by, too, including Safeway, Target and Walmart. Also, you’re near top-tier health care at HonorHealth and Mayo Clinic Hospital. Golf and pickleball near Scottsdale Heights
At last check, there’s no golf course inside the community, and HOA dues don’t fund golf anywhere we cover. Still, North Scottsdale is full of courses a short drive away. For example, Terravita is a guard-gated golf club community nearby, though it isn’t age-restricted. This is an age-restricted 55+ community, so at least one person in most homes must be 55 or older. In general, those rules come from federal housing-for-older-persons law and the community’s recorded CC&Rs.
