Coming to town to look? Ask me about our community tour — you ride with us and we drive, our gas not yours. In a day or two we’ll loop through the communities on your list, walk the clubhouses, and help you cross off the ones that aren’t right so you can focus on the ones that are.

Hi, I’m Jarl. For more than 22 years I’ve helped buyers and sellers find their place in Arizona’s 55+ communities. I’m a Minnesota native who fell for Arizona’s active adult lifestyle, and I know these neighborhoods street by street — the floor plans, the fees, and the feel of each one.

    For VICTORY VERRADO | 55+ in Buckeye AZ. The 2023 Home Owners Association Fees
    Monthly Fee = $118.00 (Victory – HOA)
    Monthly Fee = $118.00 (Verrado – HOA)
    Transfer Fees =$908.00 (one-time)
    So if we purchase a mobile home here, we would have our mortgage fee, and this approximately $118.00 a month and of course our own utilitie costs.
