A smaller, guard-gated Trilogy inside Gilbert’s Power Ranch master plan — upscale homes and a strong clubhouse, without a golf course of its own. Established, resale.
Trilogy at Verde RiverStill building
A newer Shea resort community northeast of Scottsdale in Rio Verde, still building, with golf, a spa, and a restaurant. Not strictly age-restricted.
Trilogy at Wickenburg RanchStill building

Reading the cards: home counts are approximate (*) where shown — several Trilogy figures are best confirmed with the builder. “All-ages” means the community is not strictly 55+, though it’s built for active adults. Golf, where present, runs on its own membership and fees, separate from your HOA dues.
Which Arizona Trilogy communities are still building new homes?
Several. Verde River, Wickenburg Ranch, and RidgeCrest are actively building, and Encanterra may still have new inventory (confirm). Vistancia and Power Ranch are established resales. If a new Trilogy interests you, please read the note below before you contact the builder.
