PebbleCreek is two guard-gated sides — Eagle’s Nest and Tuscany Falls — sitting on opposite halves of PebbleCreek Parkway. A golf-cart tunnel runs underneath the parkway and connects them, so you drive your cart from one side to the other without ever touching a public road. Live on either side and all 54 holes are yours.
There are three courses, all par 72: Eagle’s Nest (the original), and Tuscany Falls East and West, designed by Dick Bailey with rolling fairways, dramatic mounding, and bunkers placed where they’ll cost you a stroke. Here’s how the three stack up from the back tees.

Eagle’s Nest — the original, and still a favorite
Eagle’s Nest is the course PebbleCreek grew up around, and residents like it exactly as it is: fun to play, fair, and never punishing. Seven lakes wind through it and the White Tank Mountains sit behind the property, so it’s as easy on the eyes as it is on your scorecard. The Eagle’s Nest Restaurant & Lounge overlooks the action and serves breakfast seven days a week — a small thing that quietly becomes part of your routine.

Tuscany Falls — 36 holes with more teeth
Cross the tunnel and Tuscany Falls gives you two more full courses, East and West, both par 72 and both a bit more demanding than Eagle’s Nest. This is where Dick Bailey’s design shows — rolling, mounded fairways and bunkering that makes you think off the tee.
The East course plays 6,599 yards from the tips (rating 70.4, slope 122). Its signature is the par-3 13th, a carry of more than 100 yards over water — the kind of hole you talk about afterward whether it went well or not. The West course is the longest of the three at 6,715 yards (rating 71.3, slope 127), and its par-3 3rd frames the White Tank Mountains right behind the green. The West finishes on a 550-yard par 5, a real closer.
