Sun Lakes Country Club pickleball

Cottonwood & Palo Verde pickleball
Cottonwood and Palo Verde are amenity partners, so they share Cottonwood’s seven dedicated pickleball courts (located just west of the tennis courts). The Sun Lakes Pickleball Club at Cottonwood (SLPCC) organizes play for both communities. Cottonwood is not gated; Palo Verde is guard gated — and either way you get the courts. Ironwood & Oakwood (IronOaks) pickleball
IronOaks has the biggest racquet complex in Sun Lakes: ten post-tension pickleball courts (eight of them newly built) alongside ten lighted tennis courts at the IronOaks Racquet & Court Center.
