Robson Ranch Age Restriction

Robson Ranch is an 80/20 community, 80% of the community must have at least one person 55+ years old or older living in the home.  The other 20% must be 40 years of age or older and no children under 19 years of age may live in the community full time.

To ensure you have professional representation when considering a new home at Robson Ranch, it’s essential to have your real estate agent accompany you on your initial visit to the model home center. If you visit the sales center without an agent and register, you’ll be unable to have an agent represent you later on. Keep in mind that the salesperson at the builder’s office, regardless of their outward cordiality, is employed to serve the builder’s interests, aiming to achieve the highest sale price. Be mindful of your communication with the salesperson; your words and body language can inadvertently signal your level of interest, which could influence the negotiation process for your new home.
