Solera Community Features

Solera offers ten single-family home models ranging from 1,151 to 2,421 square feet. Most of the homes have magnificent views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. The clubhouse includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, two outdoor resort-style pools, hobby studios, a grand ballroom, computer lab, and library.

Outside, tennis, pickleball courts, two bocce ball courts, and miles of walking and biking trails. Typical of all Del Webb communities, residents have a never-ending lineup of clubs, fun activities, interest groups, and exciting trips. There is also a full-time activities coordinator.

The 18-hole championship Lone Tree Golf Club winds through the community. Golf course architect Darryl Wilson designed the golf course.
