Lone Tree is the newest gated 55 plus community in Chandler. This is also the smallest 55+ community in Chandler. Construction started in 2015 – present. Pulte built a total of 72 single family homes.

Solera a 55 plus gated community. Del Webb built 1,149 single family homes from 2001 – 2005. This community offers residents numerous sporting & social activities.

Springfield Chandler, AZ 85249
Springfield a 55 plus gated community. Pulte Homes built 725 single family homes from 1996 – 2000. The community offers residents numerous craft, sporting, and social activities.
